Clean up time Wish Poosh

We have now been working for the past few weeks and have our campsite a bit more cleaned up than this picture shows. There is always so much debris from the winter all over the place. We have cleaned roads and campsites and restrooms and were told we were the cleanest ever for opening day. ha! This has been quite a time for us.
Upon arrival we did not have electricity so after 2 weeks of fussing with the electricity, replacing the transfer switch and finally resorting to taking rig into Ellensburg we learned it was the actual shore power! The wire (abt 100') there was a bad spot in the wire and the plug was loosely connected. Earl had checked the power source with a meter but apparently there is more than one sort of meter - so did not find at 1st. After expecting to have to replace the inverter we learned it was just the wire so now we are fixed and have tv and everything... we are now happy campers.
Earl did have an MRI for his head and all we know is he needs to see a neurologist. That won't happen for a while yet and the guy won't talk to him over the phone so we wait and since no pain involved we try not to worry too much.
Last weekend was our 1st one open and only had 7 campsites taken but was very busy out at the boat launch. We had a picture perfect weekend and expect nice weather again this weekend so expect we will be very busy. Lake Kachess is not open yet so think we will fill up early. We'll see - last year Memorial Weekend was not full for us but then the weather wasn't that great either.
Had some great Canadians this past week. They have endured through all the "very cold" days and burned a lot of wood but that is what camping is all about. Their children are making some great memories for the future.. ha!
